Check-in /check-out time is 24 Hrs
Cancellation or a change of arrival date to be informed by mail (enquiry@thecitrinehotel.com) on or before 48 hrs , to avoid one day Retention charges.
One night room charge will be levied in case of a cancellation made within 24 Hours prior to guest arrival.
In order to help us to hold the reservation as a “Guaranteed Reservation”, you are requested to confirm the reservation through credit card.
The companies which are authorized for credit facility may Guaranteed the reservations by a billing letter duly signed by an authorized person.
The Hotel reserves the rights to cancel Non –Guaranteed reservations after 03 hrs on the schedule arrival time ( if Guest has not intimated & postponed his arrival time to the hotel) on date of arrival.
Reservations without an proper arrival time (If the Guest has not confirmed the reservation with arrival timing by mail/Phone or any other way of communication) are liable to release by 1500 hrs unless guaranteed on the same day.
Requests for early check-ins & late check-outs and are subject to availability & confirmation from Hotel end. Early check-in , arriving before 0800 hrs may be considered subject to retention charges being paid by the Guest for the previous night.\
In case of a no-show full retention charges would be applicable.
